Rene Endara.com. In this clip we're going womens fitness wear uk to show you how to do bodybuilding and
actually through your biceps. Now the first one would be a wide grip using the EZ Curl
Bar. It's much easier on your wrist if you use the EZ curl bar. You're going to squeeze
up. You got to go above parallel to the top and then back down and again creating a full
extension and then back up nice and slow tightening my abs to keep my bag from going
out, squeezing my biceps on the way up, okay.
Now your other one would be, another exercise would be to grab the bar narrow. Okay
you're still creating a bicep movement but you're working a different part of the bicep
now and it's still the same range of motion. It doesn't change. You're all the way down
full extension squeezing back up. Hands above the elbows back down Full extension and
then again squeezing back up real slow tightening the abs to keep the back from going
out. Nice and slow throughout your whole movement. You never want to go too fast, real
slow.
Again full extension because you want the full belly of the bicep to work hard, real slow
and then the 3rd one would be the rope. I like the rope a lot because it gives you a
different feel for the movement. Okay so this one again full extension; squeeze up at the
top all the way down. Extend all the way down and then all the way back up. This again
is a different angle of the bicep creating different tension in different parts of the bicep so
you have an all around growth for the bicep in that way you don't leave anything out.
You're working the bicep from the top to the bottom, from the side making sure you flex
it's top.
Squeeze at the top relaxing at the weight down. Again, full extension, squeeze up relax
and that would be 3 exercise, 3 bodybuilding exercises for biceps.
