What is the best education for leaders?

In my opinion best education is hard work, participation in all kinds of

events where team work is involved.

Work because you have an example of leaders that are leading you and

at that moment you can see other leaders mistakes and strong sides that

can help you later in your leader life.

Events because I was in few events and they showed me that I can be a

leader and lead my team to success even to win trophies.

Conclusion

Leader as a guiding star brings together a strong motivated team.

Leads the company and team forward, acheves the company‘s

goals.

The leader can become a person capable of inhaling and

motivating the team, to achieve common goals.

Leader is a person who is followed by all team members proudly.

Who helped me to get to a leader?

My school that gave me meny possibilitys to participate in meny

events.

My teachers that always help me when I need them.

My work because I saw a great example of a good leader.
