Also called Tratak State your intention! Stand or sit with your back straight Place a lit candle about 1 meter in front of you at eye level
Eyes wide open Gaze at the flame:
NO BLINKING, TWITCHING,
EYE MOVEMENT
Do it for 3/5m twice a day
Finish with palming
Exercise 8:
Candle Gazing
Go to a street with a lot of shops
With a glance, notice one item from
the first shop window
Next, notice two items, then three items, etc
Then notice the
different details
Use different shop windows of course
JUST ONE GLANCE!
Exercise 9:
Eagle Eye
1. Close one eye very tightly (as tight as possible!)
2. Do the same on the other eye
3. With both eyes look hard to an object
straight ahead (Power look!)
4. With your head still and facing ahead look at one corner with that power look
5. Change to the other corner (keeping
your head still)
6. Do this with all corners of the eye
Exercise 10:

Summary For the next
7 days:
3rd Eye Activation several times per day State your Intention!
Stop exercise 1 and 3 and just do 8 (Tratak)
3/5m Palming after each practice session
Practice Exercise 2, 4 and 6 each time you’re out socially
Exercise 10 and 5 after Exercise 1/3/8 Exercise 7 on each practice session
Exercise 9 at least 3 times a week. Daily it’s better!
