To Assign Team Members

*) insert your Team Name with the team name that you already create before.

*) For the date, fill in from the day that you assign your staff’s role until 30 June 2014

REMEMBER  1.  Before  create  the  team,  you  have  to  make  sure  that  your  

staffs  already  make  an  account  in  myaiesec.net  2.  After  you  create  the  team,  you  have  to  wait  for  the  

approval  from  myaiesec.net  admin,  before  you  assign  the  role  of  your  staffs.  You  can  contact  me  or  indi  to  approve  the  teams.  

3.  To  see  the  format  of  your  team  name,  see  the  standarize  myaiesec.net  title  format  

4.  The  deadline  to  create  the  team  is  Monday,  22nd  July  2013  23.59  pm  J  Because,  we  need  to  do  the  inspection  whether  the  format  and  your  staff’s  role  is  correct  J
