How to Create a Cascading Prompt

Click Values for Year Prompt

Click Values for Quarter Prompt

Click Values for Month Prompt

Click Values for Week Prompt

Create a report having Week as Prompt and Click Run

Edit Quarter object and add prompt for Year. Save and Close

Edit Month object and add prompt for Quarter. Save and Close

Add prompt for Quarter. Save and Close

Edit the object, (Week)>properties>Click Edit.
