• Start with Monday and plan to study every subject Mon-Thurs

• Ask yourself, “When is the first hour of the day that I can realistically start studying or doing homework?”

• Make sure it is the subject that will take the most amount of energy to complete

• Fill in at the bottom how many DAYS/week and HOURS/week are you studying for each subject – Keep it neat!

• Keep track of what week it is and cross off items as you complete each 30 MINUTE study session
