Step 1 - Sign in your google account, Click on the apps icon in the right corner, You will see option to create a g+ page.

Step 2 - Fill in the required details to create your google+ public profile and then press upgrade.

Step 3 - Google has now created a personal google+ page with your name in the right corner. Now click the Home icon.

Step 4 - Click the Pages option in the Home dropdown.

Step 5 - Click on get your page.

Step 6 - Choose your business type from the 3 options –Store, Service or Brand.

Step 7 - Type your business name in search box.

Step 8 - If your business does not show up then choose (None of these match –Add your business) .

Step 9 - Add your business name, address, business category , select check box (I deliver goods and services to my customers at their location)and click the continue button.

Step 10 - You will be asked to verify your business. You can verify your business either by phone or by postcard. Choose the option that’s most suitable. If you verify by phone you will get an automated call to verify your business. If you verify by postcard, you will be asked to add your business name then click the send postcard button. The postcard can take 3-6 weeks to arrive.You can also choose to verify later. You can still get a business page without verifying your business but its best to get your business verified sooner than later as your business will not show in google search and google map.

Step 11 - If you verify by postcard, you will be asked to add your business name then click the send postcard button.

Step 12 - Once your business google+ page is verified you will see a verified button at the top next to your company name. Congratulation your business is now verified in google and will show up in google search and maps.
