The operator provides mobile services in 6 large regions of Russia: 1. Moscow and Moscow region, 2. Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region,3. Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region, 4. Krasnodar and Krasnodar region, 5. Novosibirsk and Novosibirsk region, 6. Rostov-on-don and Rostov region as a
domestic region.
The rest is a roaming area.
Within the intercity and international long-distance communication network MCN Telecom Group holds:• 7 intercity hubs (in each Russian district), • 4 international hubs (Moscow, Saint
Petersburg in European part of Russia, Novosibirsk and Vladivostok –in Asian part of Russia)
• 85 POPs in each district of Russia
Strategy, key projects
MVNO
MCN Telecom Group received a license to provide mobile radiotelephone services
and became the first virtual mobile operator for business based on radio
access of Tele2 and the infrastructure of the MVNE MTT platform.
DLD network
The operator is among ten licensed DLD operators of the Russian
Federation. It has direct connections with all major telecom players in Russia
and European countries.
The company is currently developing its business in Europe. As an operator, the company is represented in four European countries, including Hungary, Germany, Slovakia and Austria. It has its own infrastructure, such as communication nodes, and all necessary licenses in all countries of operation.
As of 2015, the company provides telephony services for businesses in Hungary.
In 2016 MCNtelecom registered a company in Slovakia and started commercial activities. Recently has started business in Austria.
MCNtelecom leads the construction of local hubs project in 85 major cities of the Russian Federation (in each district of the Russian Federation).
We built more than 40 nodes in 2018, and by 2020 it is planned to build 85 communication nodes.
Within the framework of the MCNtelecom, it offers to use the telephone number capacity, which can be obtained through a single trunk (SIP-trunk) in any city of the operator presence.
