USING DATES IN COLLEAGUE

Colleague will default today’s date if nothing is entered in the date field, which is fine for newly admitted students who have not yet begun classes.

The effective date of a residency change for a currently enrolled student is the first day of the next available semester, once the census date has passed for the current semester.

USING DATES IN COLLEAGUEColleague updates effective dates every night. Therefore, if you would like a change to be effective for today’s date, you must back date by one day i.e. 06/10/09 for a change to be effective for 06/11/09.This should be used only if a student wishes to register the same day you are making the change.
