How to Buy
A limited number of fresh Beef Packs are available to pre-order from each animal and any remaining cuts, beef burgers, mince and braising steak are available frozen from the Farm Shop while stocks last.
To pre-order your Beef Pack simply email your request to: [email protected] We will put you on our list and acknowledge your order. When we know the date your beef will be available we will email you to re-confirm your order. We do on occasion courier beef, please ask for details.
TRADITIONAL HEREFORD SLOW-MATURED BEEF
Small Beef Pack: Price £60 minimum weight 4.5kg (approx £13/kg) ! 1 roasting joint ! 4 sirloin or rump steaks (2 packs of 2) ! 2 packs of braising steak ! 2 packs of mince
Large Beef Pack: Price £110 minimum weight 9kg (approx £12/kg) ! 2 roasting joints ! 1 slow-roast joint ! 6 sirloin or rump steaks (3 packs of 2) ! 4 packs of braising steak ! 4 packs of mince In addition, you can add any of the following to the above boxes whilst available:
! Fillet joint or fillet steaks £45/kg ! Forerib joint on the bone £25/kg or boned & rolled £30/kg ! Roasting joint (Topside, Silverside or Top Rump) £15/kg ! Slow roast (LMC, Brisket) £12/kg ! Shin Rings, this wonderful traditional cut includes the marrow bone for an infusion of super nutritious
