2. Click Account & Membership

3. Under My Membership click Our Staff

4. Click Bulk Import Staff

OPTION AImporting Contacts from .csv, .txt, .xls or .xlsx files

5. Download one of our sample templates

6. Complete and save template

7. Select Excel, CSV or tab delimited text file

8. Click next

9. Click add file and upload your completed Excel or CSV file

10. Click next

5. Select Copy/paste from file

6. Click next

7. Fill out text box with staff information (see below for template guide)

8. Click next

TEMPLATE GUIDE

Each staff contact should be listed on a new line with the following mandatory fields: Business Email, Title, Last Name, First Name

You can also include other details such as personal emails and phone numbers.

Title Field Options: Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, Dr, Prof, Assoc Prof, Sir, Sister, Father, Bishop, Reverend, Hon

EXAMPLE 1: (mandatory fields in bold)joeblogs@nds.org.au, joeblogs@gmail.com, Mr, Blogs, Joe, Marketing Manager, 02 0000 0000, 0408 000 000
