B.Com. Graduate from University of Mumbai &
thereafter took up the field of Computer Training
and Software Development.
Over the years, changed interest from Software
Training to Soft-Skills Training and specialized in the
field of Self-Development Training and Counselling.

Written Feedback can be Taken

Evaluation can be based on various parameters based
on Training Need Analysis like Measurement of
Productivity and Work Efficiency, improved

Venue with an email acknowledgement.
Always keep the Contact Details of the
Coordinator / HR personnel handy.
Re-Confirm with the Coordinator a day in
advance about the Training & send a reminder
to the Participants .

If your ticket is booked by the organization re-
Confirm the PNR online and check the Status,
Date & Time, Boarding Point & Destination.
Coordinate & Confirm about the Pick-up and
Drop, to & fro the Venue and/or any other
local travel. (Ask for the Driver’s Contact Nos)
If your accommodation is in a hotel, call &
check your Booking, Billing Instructions.
On the day of travel, keep the Training
coordinator posted about your journey status.
Insists on a Confirmed Return Ticket.
