There are five food groups which keep you healthy.

Eat red, orange and dark-green veggies like tomatoes, sweet potatoes and broccoli.

Fruits have natural sugar and water which you can hydrate with, but don’t forget to go easy on juice.

Blueberries really help your heart.

Juice that is 100% fruit and berry is very good for you.

Veggies, like carrots, have vitamin A in them and vitamin A is very good your eyes.

Carrots have vitamin A which builds night vision.

Eat 2 servings of fruit each day.An apple and banana = 2 fruit servings.

Strawberries make your teeth clean.

Don`t drink high fat milk or you`ll have a sick heart, but if you eat healthy low fat foods, you just got a dream come true - a long, healthy, happy life.

Drink low-fat milk to be healthy.

Eat 6 oz. of grains every day because grains give us vitamin B and fiber for digestion and heart health.

Grains give you energy for the whole day.

Eat protein like meat and beans, but not too much. Only ¼ of your diet should be healthy protein.

Choose protein foods, such aslean beef and pork, or chicken,turkey, beans, or tofu. Twice a week,make seafood the protein on your plate.
