How to be a member of PGSA

Step1:   Go   to   the   official   website   of   PGSA:   http://www.pgsa.hku.hk/,click”Join   US”   on   top   right  corner.  

 

Step2:  Fill   in  your  personal   information.  Please  make  sure  your  HKU  Email  Address  and  University  Number  entered  correctly.  After  member  registration,  you  will  receive  a  verification  email.  You  can  login  to  HKU  Portal  to  check  it  and  simply  verify  your  email  address  by  clicking  the  link.  Then  you  become  a  temporary  member  of  PGSA  while  receiving  a  verification  email  to  inform  you  to  pay  the  fee.

Step  3:  Please  choose  one  of  the  methods  shown  below  to  make  a  payment.  1.  Deposit  to  the  PGSA  account  at  HSBC  A/C  082-­‐278128-­‐001  .  2.  Cheques  be  payable  to  Postgraduate  Student  Association,  University  of  Hong  Kong".    3.  If  you  are  in  Mainland  of  China,  you  can  pay  80  RMB  by  Alipay  via  pgsa@hku.hk.    4.  Cash  to  PGSA  Office.  Step  4:  To  verify  your  membership,  upload  your  payment  certification  through  PGSA’s  system.  You  can  login  in  HKU  Portal  to  see  whether  a  membership  confirm  email  has  been  sent  to  you.  If  so,  you  have  become  a  formal  member  of  PGSA.

如何成為香港大學研究生會(PGSA)會員

第一步:登錄香港大學研究生會官方網站：http://www.pgsa.hku.hk/，點擊右上角的“Join Us”。

 

第二步：如實填寫個人資訊。請務必確保港大郵箱位址和學號填寫正確。資訊註冊完成之後，

會有確認郵件發送到註冊郵箱，可進入 HKU Portal查看郵件並啟動帳戶，這時你已成為協會的臨時會員，同時收到提醒繳費的郵件。

第三步：選擇以下任何一種方式完成繳費： 1、銀行轉帳至 HSBC A/C 082-278128-001 ； 2、支票支付至“香港大學研究生會”； 3、支付寶支付 80元人民幣至 pgsa@hku.hk； 4、交現金至研究生會的辦公室。

第四步：繳費完成後，請在 PGSA個人系統中上傳支付憑證。後臺工作人員會進行人工確認，啟動會員資格，同時發送成功註冊的郵件，請進入 HKU Portal查看。這時你已成為正式會員。
