LICENSE TO OWN AND POSSES FIREARMS ( LTOAPF )
LTOPF is under the new LAW implemented wherein the person is
required to apply personally at FEO to
get his:
This is a onetime process wherein which will serve as a LICENSE
TO THE PERSON. Afterwards every
time the person purchases firearms he only needs to present his
LTOPF License and REGISTER the
firearms under his name.
LTOPF is now an essential to Purchase Firearms,Renew Expired
Firearms,Transfer Ownership of
Firearms.
Below are the different types of License.
LTOPF LICENSE CATEGORY
Type 1 License Allows a citizen to own and possess a maximum of
two (2) registered firearms;
Type 2 License Allows a citizen to own and possess a maximum of
five (5) registered firearms;
Type 3 License Allows a citizen to own and possess a maximum of
ten (10) registered firearms;
Type 4 License Allows a citizen to own and possess a maximum of
fifteen (15) registered
firearms; and
Type 5 License Allows a citizen, who is a certified gun
collector, to own and possess more than
fifteen (15) registered firearms.

Get the following to be serviced and assisted by our liaison

Neuro Exam- FEE Php 980.00
Drug Test FEE 350.00
DI Clearance- Php 100.00
Gun Safety Seminar Php 1,000.00
LTOPF FEE to be announced from FEO ( Php 1,000-Php 10,000
depending on your
category applied for )
Additional Service Fee for the Liaison officer FEE Php
1,500.00
Estimated Total Expense Php 3,930.00
note: Step 1 & Step 2 can be interchanged, a client may
undergo the necessary exams then
after he passed he can prepare the necessary requirements stated
on step 1.
STEP 3: FILE & PAY THE NECESSARY FEE AND WAIT FOR THE
APPROVAL-DEALER
Items acquired from Step 1 & Step 2 may now be filed by our
liaison officer.
