Specifically look at the areas where you have success, consistent effectiveness because you will find that a certain habit you have has made it possible. So whether it’s being really fit, always making your numbers in sales or as simple as never being late anywhere, you’re able to do this because of routines and positive rituals you have. Here’s another reason why the masses have been failing to get the body… Let’s take a look at all the hard core, go crazy workouts like Insanity and p90X which are all great workouts that do work…for the very few. So I will say it again these workouts do work (give credit where credit id due) for quite a few people. However for the majority, all long intense workouts really do is put a strain on your body that it is not prepared for. It’s like not running in months and then just waking up one morning and deciding to run a marathon. Do you think you’re going to go running the next day, the day after that, probably not even weeks. What that is, is a guaranteed formula for failure. Now is that a fair example, you bet…it might be a bit on the extreme side but it gets the point across.

Taking it a step further, after starting such an intense workout regiment most likely the strain that you get put under also drains you mentally. Mental fatigue is one of the biggest factors for failure in any kind of self-improvement situation. Clean mental energy and having the capacity to perform is key if you want to get the success you know you can have. So most likely when you over do it you’re physically and mentally spent. Accumulative Effect: Your overall capacity to perform diminishes and you are not able to continue doing something that requires mental control even on the lowest levels (kiss will power bye-bye). So you end up right back where you started. Mainstream Workouts Force You To Get Even Fatter!! These INSANE workouts are fundamentally flawed from the second they were created And here’s why… They do not take into consideration some of the most important factors based on what the real world is like for the majority of guys out there. For example, let’s evaluate today’s work, life, balance culture and you tell me if this sounds familiar. The alarm clock sounds and the snooze button gets hit multiple times and by the time you do get up, it’s rush rush rush. Most people then jet from home without breakfast. Maybe and this is maybe, you might stop for coffee and some kind of pastry or as soon as you get to the office you suck down coffee with cream and sugar. There is a very real chance that you make it all the way to lunchtime without having actually given your body the fuel it needs to operate. Let’s go ahead and add in close to 7 hours for just sitting in front of a computer or not moving. You may go outside at some point and get some sun but this to is very unlikely. Finally, you cut out of work, head home, grab some food (and mindlessly eat a feast) all the while sitting in front of the TV until it’s time to go to bed and then you do it all over again. I’m not even factoring in spending time with the significant other or kids, and based on extensive research the strong majority don’t have the energy for that anyway. Then it’s off to bed and you do it all over again. So why does this matter? Your Environment, Culture and Even Your Own Body Is Sabotaging YOU!!

Basically, everything in our culture, our accepted behaviors and environments defy everything that we should be doing to take advantage of our genetics. In fact, everything we do actually does trigger a genetic response but it’s the complete opposite of what we want!! You’re body is storing fat pretty much from the moment we wake up because your actions sending signals to do that. One of the major byproducts of that is having low levels of energy and rapid lean muscle loss. That’s not even factoring in the complete hollow nutrition we are being force fed by scheming food manufactures. One more factor worth mentioning is that most of these workouts require too much time…I don’t know about you but I don’t have time between everything in my business, my family and everything else to take the 1 – 2 hours required to go to the gym. BOTTOM LINE, our bodies are not ready or capable of handling these over the top workouts. Now that is not to say at some point your body and mental state can be brought back up to where it needs to be to crush those workouts but very few people are ready for that kind of strain right off the bat. It’s also not necessary. So if you’ve tried and failed with any intense workout now you know why you hit the wall that you did. In the 3rd Element I actually cover the part that also plays a huge role here and it’s also the most troubling for guys and the true source for your struggles with weight, confidence and just being badass. We’ll cover that soon so stick with me. Reverse What Your Environment Has Done To YOU! Now the effects of all of the above can be reversed rather quickly and it all starts with the 1st Element! Create Simple Winning Habits. The 1st Element is going to be your foundation that will help you whether the storms and come out a winner on the other side. So what is the X factor then?? What if I was tell you...”just learn how to start a business and start working 90-100 hours per week or acquire some valuable skill and you can be making a million dollars in the next couple of weeks.” What do you think your response would be? Something like that doesn’t happen over night. You have to develop habits that lend themselves to business success. The ability to handle stress better, getting a business profitably incrementally so and so forth.

Be A “Habitual” Winner and NOT a Loser!! Altering your habits with working out is fundamentally the same thing. If you don’t work out on a regular basis how long do you think you are going to last with an insane 30 – 45 minute high intensity workout? Not long and thus the story goes. You will burn out because you do not have the energy or capacity to sustain that level of performance to the point where is something happens in your schedule that derails you. Taking it a step further just overcoming the mental barrier and strain if you don’t like or really want to workout. NOTE: what I’m going to show you will actually flip a switch and you will not only be able to do the workouts but you will actually want and look forward to your workout. The key is to create and install habits that you can keep. Like I said these main stream well marketed workouts are failing you. They don’t even give you a chance to lay the foundation for success to build on incrementally which will allow you create and keep the routines and habits that will PULL you to success despite yourself. The same principle that works against you can also be used with equal force enabling you to get a defined six-pack. Universal law my friend, harness it or dominated by it. What’s the SOLUTION? First, stop dong the same things that you’ve been doing or NOT doing for that matter and we’ve all been there…freaking 95% of us. Since we’re talking about fitness here if you want to design and implement a solid routine/habit in your schedule so you do not have to think about it…it happens on autopilot. The first step will be picking out the times you will commit to your workout and treat that time as if it’s holy and you CANNOT deviate. Look at your calendar and put the times in there as unavailable, set reminders and what ever else you have to do to remind yourself. I also strongly suggest the time of day when you know you will have the mental and physical energy to complete your workout. One thing before we go any further I actually have the solution and designed a system for this and it’s one of the main reasons I designed it this way. With that being said you will know what to look for whether you like my system or not. The main thing is to find

the system that is going to work for you. Like I said, I’m not here to make a bunch of friends, I’m here to get you results even if that means you go elsewhere for the solution. Getting back on track… The Second, you need to emotionalize and give yourself the fire in the belly that is attached to this goal. Dig down and be real with yourself about what this will bring you and you will get the juice to get there. They are intense but it will not deplete your system and over-stress you system. There are some that are as short as 4 minutes. There are also some that are a bit longer. The reason why these workouts are perfect is because they fit in perfectly with creating an automatic habit and routine that you can build from and truly succeed. You can literally trick yourself into breaking through the mental barriers and you will be pleasantly surprised when you find yourself craving your routine workout time. These workouts also have the benefits of working and burning body fat thanks to the way movements are compounded and designed to put your body in a state where it uses body fat to fuel your energy, which is brings us to the… 2nd Element: Physical Balance and Optimization Given the lack of time these days, pressures of work, family and everything in between you need… - Maximum Results In Minimum Time – Let’s be honest we’re busier and being pulled more directions than ever - Anytime anywhere – You are doing the same workout whether you are in a gym, in your living room, outside or even your hotel room while traveling.

Next thing you know you find yourself blazing through the high intensity 9-minute workout and you can start adding more movements and weight. The thing is dong these quicker workouts you give yourself the best chance to get the workout in. If you for one second think you can’t get a 9 minute workout in your lying to yourself plain and simple. You also you absolutely positively do NOT allow you’re body/muscles to get acclimated or used to the workouts. The human body is always optimizing and looking to expend as little energy as possible so it always looks to find homeostasis. That’s why sometimes you hear people talking about hitting a plateau in their workouts. The reason why is the body looks to expend as little energy as possible so the muscles whether we’re talking about gaining muscle or burning fat your body over a period of time responds less and less to a particular workout. On a side note, that happens with running and long boring cardio as well. So if you’ve ever started losing weight with cardio and found yourself no longer losing weight and possibly even getting fatter that’s why. The exciting thing is that you can accomplish keep your body for getting used to the workouts and it will take nowhere near as much time as you think it would. In fact…

There's nothing that says you can't drink at all in order to keep the testosterone levels up, but you have to limit yourself. You should never drink more than three drinks in one sitting if you don't want to damage your body's testosterone production, and you shouldn't drink constantly. Avoid these things and you'll be in much better shape when it comes to both losing weight and producing testosterone.

What Women “Really” Want…

T Gives You The Edge You Need To Attract A Mate And here's the point where I'm sure many of you have been itching to jump to since the beginning of the report. Just to make it clear, this isn't just random generalities or guessing about some vague things that women say they like. This information is based on scientific and sociological studies that have been done at many universities across the world and supported by various research institutions and even government studies in some cases. In other words, there's no guessing here. These are what scientific studies have shown that women are naturally attracted to, and this information is extremely relevant when you look at what a healthy testosterone level has to offer. First, you have to understand the biology behind attraction. What many people don't understand is that often times we are very instinctual and habitual as human beings. We often rely on our instincts to make decisions on everything from what to eat to who to hang out with, to who to date. What are instincts? Most of them are subconscious decisions that are made because of biology. Both genders have natural tendencies because of the way a male human and female human are made to be. We're naturally wired to be a certain way.

While pop culture has you believe that you have to be metrosexual and sensitive, and women want to be completely independent and the breadwinners…well most of that is crap. Don't get me wrong and don't send any angry e-mails: each individual is different but regardless of what pop culture tries to tell us what to do, in the end we are naturally wired a certain way. Women are wired biologically to want someone who is strong, capable of protecting them and providing for them, but also someone who is willing to commit to a long term relationship. Men are wired biologically to be providers and protectors – but when your testosterone levels plummet, these traits are much harder for women to notice in you! Because the sad truth is there is a strong possibility that you will start acting like one of them. So this brings up a good question: what are women biologically inclined to look for? When just looking at the physical traits the answer is: it depends. I know, really helpful, but just stick with me for this one and I'll clear up the confusion. A study done at UCLA by David Frederick (who started as a grad student and went on to be a professor) showed several hundred women six different body types: brawny, built, toned, slender, typical, and chubby. Faces were blacked out and the pictures were in black and white to get a more accurate read of how women reacted to body types. The surprising conclusion? Brawny men were NOT popular with girls who were looking for a boy friend or long term commitment as opposed to a quick fling. The ideal physical body for a short term relationship were the built and tone guys: think lean and muscular, but NOT gym rats or big Mr. Universe contenders. Think Brad Pitt from the movie Fight Club and you can get a good idea of the epitome of this body type. What about long term relationships? Based on physical build alone, brawny and built were seen as the least likely to be open to a commitment, and so were less popular. However, toned did very well. Brawny and built did score points for physical dominance, and many women were attracted to individuals they felt could protect them, which even scored some points for chubby over slim and unmuscular. If you want the ideal, think toned and defined but not buff. A good example from Hollywood would be Christian Bale before he did the Batman movies. So what's the point? Stop thinking you have to be Superman! Being toned with decent to good muscle definition is MORE than enough to attract most women. In fact, that appearance works better than the really buff and heavily muscular men. However, if you are on the upper end in muscles and tone, you're probably going to have an easy time getting a conversation going or a phone number, and from that point on your good personality actually has a chance to get out, as opposed to being dismissed right off the bat for being too chubby. You can summarize it this way:

• Chubby or very skinny – undesirable • Average build – somewhat desirable • Muscular build – extremely desirable • Extremely muscular – somewhere in the middle

It's important to note that physical appearance isn't important because that's all that matters: it's not about being shallow. Biologically, we all are trained to make first impressions of a person based on appearance. This is was a survival trait that was used throughout history. Is the person a threat? Are they capable of protecting me from threats? Is that person a provider? Can they be trusted? Rich or poor? Ambitious or incompetent? Faithful or flirt? Most women don't even realize these are the questions that are running through their heads when they look at a guy, and that's because these questions are a habit and such an unconscious and natural (primal) instinct that it's subconscious. Appearance can give hints as to whether a man is rich or poor, ambitious or incompetent, a good provider or not. Men who are soft and fat are undesirable because based on these primal instincts and natural wiring, that's equated to being poor, incompetent or incapable, a weak protector, a poor provider, and having weak genes that are not as desirable to the woman. Even if you're not in shape and not there yet, it's important to recognize that this is good news! This means that on a subconscious level you can understand what women want more accurately than even many of them do! Getting your testosterone going to get you to that build that you want is the next step in taking advantage of this knowledge. You don't have to be the Incredible Hulk. In fact, it pays not to be. Study from Poland A study from Poland found some interesting tendencies that were magnified by women based on their figure. What the report found is that the sexier, more curvaceous women were attracted to guys that are more muscular. The theory behind this is since women with these figures tended to have the most estrogen, the instincts for finding a protector and the subconscious desire for "strong spawn" to make healthy children is even stronger and therefore even more primal. Overly aggressive and overly dominant guys, who are often the very muscular ones, were not the most popular among women, which shows again that the key is a healthy testosterone level, not as much as you can get! Women want:

• A man who is confident • A man who can provide • A man who is accessible • A man who is desirable (studies have shown that a man's attraction with women

goes up whenever he is with another attractive female)

• A man who is open to commitment (this is where the really muscular guys often get disqualified)

In general women were still attracted to the guy that kind of fell in the middle when it was time to look at a long-term commitment, which is interesting. In life, everyone seems to gravitate to extremes. A lot of times the truth kind of falls right there in the middle. Women are more attracted to guys who are noticeably toned, guys who were actually taking care of their bodies, but not like guys with six-packs or guys who are huge hulks.

It was the guys that take care of their bodies. They’re toned and they have the look of being able to protect and provide. Interesting enough, they found that women were interested in guys that displayed behavior and characteristics consistent with wanting to commit to a relationship.

Looks = The Whole Package

Physical appearance is a tool that women use to get a clue as to the entire package of what a guy has to offer. This is why it is so important for guys to look their best and to take care of their bodies by working out and keeping that testosterone level high. While these don't always hold true, often guys are wired to be physical and because of that you can often judge a person to some extent by how they look.

The complete package doesn't have to be perfect, but it's critical for a guy to appear to care and have drive. Men with healthy levels of testosterone tend to be the Alpha Males. They're more likely to be confident, extroverted, fun, and they give the sense of having their life in order and being capable of providing for someone else. Someone who is chubby, unshaven, hair uncombed, and who looks at the ground and mutters is basically saying through body language that they have nothing to offer.

You can't give off this vibe and still get the girl!

Money, Sex and Power

Testosterone in and of itself is a mostly male hormone, and it isn't like a magic pheromone or anything like that. However, studies show over and over that men who have a high level of testosterone are more likely to have the things (whether career, stability, or physical attractiveness) that women do find attractive and alluring. Men with healthy levels of testosterone tend to do better at work and on the career path, they are more out-going, have more energy, are more likely to be an Alpha Male, have a better sex life, and be healthier and happier all the way around. These traits affect people's everyday lives in both big and small ways.

This is most easily seen in sports teams, athletes, and sporting events but "Winners" have surges in testosterone that help prepare them to defend their status from other challengers, while "Losers" will actually have their testosterone lowered which keeps them out of competition, out of the fray, and makes them wait for a better overall opportunity for them to assert themselves with less competition.
