Step 6) - Fill all your Educational details as shown below, Click on SAVE & NEXT.

Step 6) – Upload Images , Click on SAVE & NEXT.

Step 7) – Verify data and Click on SUBMIT Button

Step 8) – Welcome Page.

Step 9) – Print Form
