How to Activate the Faster Payment System
(“FPS”) Addressing Service
You can receive money from a contact by privately sharing with them your mobile number,
email address, and/or FPS ID. To use this service, you must first register the FPS Addressing
Service through Cyberbanking (Internet) or BEA Mobile Banking App.

Log on to Cyberbanking through our BEA website, you may click here to log in directly
Select “Settings” then “Faster Payment System (“FPS”) Addressing Service

Select the proxy ID(s) - “Mobile no.”, “Email address” and/or “FPS ID” – you wish to register, and
- insert the mobile no. and/or email address - select the deposit account for each proxy ID, and - follow the green bracket to decide whether to choose your BEA account as “Default Deposit Bank”
For mobile number or email address registration, you are required to enter the one-time
password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile no. and/or email address 4

- It is not required to input OTP for FPS ID registration
Verify a summary of the status of your FPS Addressing Service proxy ID(s) - “Mobile no.”
and/or “Email address” - with all banks/stored-value facilities. You may delete any record by
choosing “Terminate”

Log on to the BEA App Tap “Small-value Transfers (FPS)” Select “Addressing”

Please click on one of the below options for FPS addressing service registration:
- Mobile number registration - Email address registeration - FPS ID registration

Mobile number registration:
Enter your mobile number Select the deposit account Follow the instructions highlighted in green to make the BEA account as your “Default Deposit Bank”
Enter the one-time password “OTP” sent to your registered mobile number

Verify your registration details Click “Confirm”
Registration completed. If you wish to register
another proxy ID, click “Go to FPS

Email address registration:
