1) The “new normal” for Ownership.

The phrase “fractional ownership” is used to describe shared ownership of a vacation or resort property by people in an arrangement which allocates usage rights based on time. This multi-billion biz has been around for 25 years with product offerings in over 50 countries worldwide.

It’s important to note that fractional arrangements provide you with a deed for the property.

It boils down to this: each participant has a legal ownership arrangement and is allowed use of a particular property at a particular time. A fractional arrangement can be made for a single home or apartment (also
