Install Certificates of email system.
At First you should install certificate of email system.
Certificate file named “webserver.CCA.INC_CCAINC.crt” is stored in FTP.CCAINC.US “/PUB/PUB_CCA/Emailsystem/”.
Download it and double click to install it by default.

Access email system by Outlook Web Access
(OWA) In IE
Now we show you how to access email system by Outlook Web Access (OWA)
Open IE. Input Https://mail.chinaconstruction.us or Https://mail.ccainc.us
Input password and log on.

It supports “right click menu”.
You can create sub Folder in “Inbox”
It supports “mail picked up”.

OptionsRules, You can new rule to pick up mails into some special folders.
OptionsMessaging, You can create your e-mail Signature.
OptionsMobile Devices, You can manage your mobile devices.

OptionsGeneral Settings, You can change the apperance that you like.
Don’t worry about message lost when you write long message online in OWA. It automatically save your writing into Drafts folder.
Out-of-Office Assistant.
This is used to notify people who email you that you are unavailable to read or reply-to their emails.

1. Click and select the ‘Out of Office Assistant’ setting.
2. Check the box to ‘Send Out of Office auto-replies’
3. Enter the start and end dates of your absence
4. Enter a message which will be delivered to the sender of an email.
5. Optionally you may choose to send these to ‘External Senders’ (e.g. people from outside of the Authority). You can either send the same message as above or tailor as required.
6. Click on to save your changes.

Configure IMAP In Microsoft Office Outlook and
Outlook Express or windows mail or other email
client software
If you use outlook express or windows mail or other email client software,You can follow these steps to setup software.
1、 The emil server type is IMAP
2、 Incoming mail: mail.chinaconstrcution.us
3、 Outgoing mail: mail.chinaconstrcution.us

5、 Select “My server requires authentication” and click “Settngs” buton.

6、 Outgoing mail(SMTP) Port is “587”
7、 Select “This server requires a secure connection(SSL)”
8、 Incoming mail(IMAP) Port is “993”

If you use Microsoft office outlook, there are some different from these.

SMTP Port: 25. Type of encrypted connection: TLS
But we recommend that Microsoft office outlook access the exchange
server by MAPI.
The following steps show you how to setup MAPI in Microsoft office outlook.

Open “Control panel” and open “Mail”

Click “E-mail Accounts”
Click “New” and click “Next”

Input information of your account and click “Next”

Input User name, the format is “CCA\Your_Name”
Select “Remember my password” and click “OK”

There are more difficult in setting up Microsoft office outlook 2003.

And select “Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP”, click “Exchange Proxy Settings….”

At last We recommend that Outlook Web Access(OWA) or Microsoft
office outlook 2007 are best choices.
