The Thomson Reuters Eikon™ Chart Studies app provides ready-made charts for quick access to powerful analytics and in-depth analysis of financial instruments. Powered by Datastream content and analytics, these allow you to access more in-depth analysis, such as: ESG scores Technical analysis – MACD, RSI, Bollinger, etc. Comprehensive estimate data for a given company, such as %Buy/Sell recommendations Performance measures and comparison to sector indices More than 50 equity chart studies are available. Chart studies are built by Thomson Reuters and can be integrated directly into workspaces or modified to suit your needs. The studies can then be saved in your library for reuse. Why should I use the app?The Thomson Reuters Eikon™ Chart Studies app provides ready-made charts for quick access to powerful analytics and in-depth analysis of financial instruments. Powered by Datastream content and analytics, these allow you to access more in-depth analysis, such as:

• ESG scores

• Technical analysis – MACD, RSI, Bollinger, etc.

• Comprehensive estimate data for a given company, such as %Buy/Sell recommendations

• Performance measures and comparison to sector indices

More than 50 equity chart studies are available. Chart studies are built by Thomson Reuters and can be integrated directly into workspaces or modified to suit your needs. The studies can then be saved in your library for reuse.

Top tips on how to use the app• You can set up your own workspaces with studies and use the links to give context to these.

Need help?You can contact us directly through Messenger using the Customer Support contact. You can access our entire blended learning offer on the Training site: training.thomsonreuters.com.

• You can share studies with your colleagues or other Eikon users; simply right-click a study and select the Share option

• Easily amend and save your own studies

• In addition, inside the studies, quick date blocks are provided to easily access more or less history; full access to functionality can be made via the Edit button (bottom right) – this opens up the full Chart Studio

To set up/personalize your own studies, simply amend an existing study and save it as a template in your library. Or create your own chart in Chart Studio and save it as a template in your library.

Note that templates saved in the Shared part of your library will also be accessible by your colleagues, whereas templates saved in the Private area remain visible only to you.

All studies created by Thomson Reuters are accessible in the Datastream section of the template library.

Link different screens and workspaces to see the full picture.
