Statewide System of Recognition, Accountability and Support System (SSRAS)
SD DOE Priority and Focus Schools
Composed of members of SD DOE staff and SST (coaches) members
Work as a team to review documents submitted by Priority and Focus Schools
Provide specific feedback to Priority and Focus Schools using the SD LEAP system
Each team (3-4 members) reviewed 5-6 schools

Some DOE staff have admin logins (about 10) At least one per group to be LEAD to log in to

Participate as objective member of data review team(not assigned to own school)
Work with School Leadership teams to review the state feedback forms and facilitates team in responding to feedback
Discuss the results of data review process and collaborate to identify strategies and solutions
SD DOE provides PD/support as needed on 2nd day of Data Review
