Sabine: What do you want to know?Emily: What part did my mother play in this entire thing. I caught her scent when I was at the club.Sebine: Your mother was the Alpha Female of the Nightshade pack. She was supposed to be married to the bane alpha Renier Laroche, you remind me of him a little. I remember he used to call your mother Lily.Emily: *Gasps* My middle name is Lily.Sebine: You must remind her of Ren too. Your father gathered the elemental cross and we fought Bosque Mar and won. When the portal to the Nether was closed, the rest of the pack turned into wolves and couldnt shift back. I just never thought that their pups would be normal werewolves.Emily: Im not normal at all. Im the youngest of the entire pack and the only free shifter on Haldis Mountain!Sebine: Really? Id have thought that all of you were free shifters like the guardians because both your parents were.Emily: Im the only one.Sebine: Except for the eyes, you look exactly like your mother when youre in wolf form.Emily: I know, Dad freaked out about that when he saw me shift as a pup. I was born human and I kept shifting randomly for the first hour of my life. It gave both mom and dad a heart attack when I settled on wolf. But then I shifted back and they were fine. The searchers brought us up until we were about ten. I took moms entire closet stock and moved it to what was supposed to be her and Rens house and I live there now.Sebine: *Giggles* Cant stand your brothers?Emily: *Giggles with her* No they cant stand me. Every time they try to pick on me I shift and growl at them and they freak!

~Later in her dorm with Bryn~Bryn: So what did you guys talk about?Emily: We talked about that happened to my parents and why they cant shift.Bryn: Being a free shifter is a little abnormal here. A lot of them don't free shift. Our group is the only one that can. If any one of us are hurt, or something, we stick together as a group and we help eachother.Emily: Wow, I didn't realize how close you guys were. In all honesty, I had no clue what to expect when I came here and Logan and I almost fighting wasn't exactly a nice start for me.Bryn: Yeah..Logan tends to test us sometimes but if you get on his good side, he tends to just play around. Emily: I don't do playing around. You either have respect and authority as an alpha or you're just a pup in my eyes.Bryn: You would have to work it up for that one, trust me.Emily: Is he the alpha male here? Because if he is there's a chance of all out war.Bryn: Yeah, both Logan and Chase are alpha males.Emily: *Groans* Great, twice the hell to go through. My mom wanted me to find a mate while I was away from home.Bryn: Don't worry, we'll stick together,Emily: You, me and Ally. Mom and dad are the alphas of the Colorado Haldis pack so me finding a mate is a huge deal for our pack because it'll combine them and whoever I choose.Bryn: Who are you thinking right now Em?Emily: That I'm royally screwed because my entire pack is counting on me and I'm stuck with an ass as one of my choices as Alpha Mate. I'm only fifteen and they expect me to find my mate now!Bryn: It's apart of the tradition.Emily: My parents mated at eighteen. Mom was supposed to mate with the Haldis Bane alpha but he was killed in battle and they were barely eighteen.Bryn: I say stay friends now and just get to know what they are like before you even choose.Emily: There's more. If I touch one of them and I feel certain sparks, it means they're my true mate and that they were made specifically for me. I'm afraid that it might be Logan. The Alpha's pull is strong at first and I think I felt it when I shifted to fight him. Our wolf colors are exact opposites and that's a rare thing among alphas.Bryn: Dont be afraid of it, embrace it! Id give anything to have a mate like him. Hell protect you and care for you.Emily: Its not that simple! Being the only alpha female here means they both are gonna be fighting over me.Bryn: Then get to know them both! Logan: So youre a free shifter, huh?Emily: *Nods* Yes, I first shifted immediately after birth.Everyone: *Gasps*Emily: What?Chase: No ones been able to do that since Calla Tor.Emily: Thats my mother.Logan: Really?Emily: *Nods* Yeah, but when her and my father banished the ruler of the nether, they had a price to pay. They cant shift into human form anymore and all my brothers and cousins are normal werewolves. Im the only girl in the entire pack, and that made me Alpha Female.Allison: Wow, talk about a history.Chase: For real, so your parents are the legendary Calla Tor and Seamus Doran?Logan: I think we established that Chase.Emily: Its fine, and yes, those are my parents. Though, my dad goes by Shay. Im nothing like any of my family. My mom says that Im most like her lost mate Renier Laroche.Chase: *Jaw drops*Logan: *Choked on water*Emily: What did I say?Bryn: The Legendary Renier Laroche was Callas original mate and because she mated with someone else he had to find a way back, obviously he found it through you. Your wolf may be white like your mothers, but your eyes are as black as Reniers wolf used to be.Emily: That doesnt mean anything Bryn.Ally: Well it could.
