    I like learning all the different aspects ofteaching an online course. The

    development of an online course is much

    more than taking a traditional course andputting it online and this gave me strongguidelines to follow.

    I also found being a studentagain a great way to learn how

    to put together an online course.By being a student I was able to

    see the amount of work neededfrom the other side - rather than

    being an instructor.
