This appeals to the target audience as they would be interested in a magazine that directly appeals to them. The style of the magazine is also contemporary, stylish and current. This is complimentary to the psychographics of the target audience.

The Magazine which I have published: Ace Tones has a ordered layout. This is a conventional format for a magazine that is specifically aimed at this particular target audience. The ordered layout in Ace Tones magazine is seen on each of the three pages and shows specific identification on the contents page where images and text are laid into specific columns. Furthermore this gives the magazine a professional mode of address. Additionally the image on the double page spread is placed on the dominant left side of the page. This is also seen in the front cover which has the majority of the cover lines on the left third of the page. Therefore, these points are conventional and match the magazine’s mode of address which would appeal directly to the audience

The images which I have used within my magazine all show young people. This demonstrates a direct link from the magazine to the audience and shows them that the magazine directly relates to the young audience. Additionally they are wearing contemporary clothing within the mise-en-scene of the image which matches the psychographics of the target audience. Also, the way in which the characters are staged represent their personality which is of stereotypical teenagers.

The colour scheme matches in with the target audience as it provide a current, contemporary and modern appearance to the magazine.

The magazine content also directly relates to the target audience, this is because the features are all linked with modern music and the events that have been happening that the public might enjoy. Additionally the Brit Award logo on the front cover immediately shows points of a modern audience.

Images show a person that the audience can relate to as they are of a similar age.
