We can use this information to establish an average so communities can compare the results of a survey conducted in their community with the average.

So, today we want you help us start to develop our measurement tool.

We want you participate in a completing our survey.

We will quickly pose 30 questions and ask that you score each question on the survey being distributed.

We will also ask that you mark your score on the second answer sheet.

We will collect this data and post the results on Craig's blog

We want others to conduct this survey in their community and send us their results so we can refine the average with more data.
