First, select the clone tool from the toolbox by clicking the stamp icon...

Next, create a new layer and click the All Layers box at the top of the screen...

Note: Making this new layer will allow you work without effecting the orginal picture or to disgardchanges quickly if you don't like it.

Hold down the ALT key and click on an area of clean (good) pixels that you want to useto replace the imperfection...

Note: The plus shows where you are taking the pixels from...

We are making a layer of "good pixels"....
