Fear God 1 Peter 2:17 Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.

Give God his reverence, respect God for who he is, what he has done, we he can do, and what he is going to do.

To be a witness for Christ we must

Love God Matthew 22:37 and he said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with thy entire mind.

Love God for what he has done and what he is doing. Love him enough to do his will in your own personal life, in the lives of the Body of Christ, and in the lives of the World (out of Christ).

To be a witness for Christ we must

Follow God Ephesians 5:1 Be ye therefore imitators of God

Obey God 1 John 5:3 for this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

To be a witness for Christ we must

We must mimic the Love of Christ in our love for one another – Sacrificial love

Sacrifice your pride by praying for one another; sacrifice your time by helping one another; sacrifice your money by giving to one another; sacrificial love the is to key to true happiness

To be a witness for Christ we must

Honestly 1 Thessalonians 4:12 that ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.

In the Spirit Galatians 5:25 if we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

To be a witness for Christ we must walk:

Subduing the temper - Ephesians 4:26 be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath.

Forgiving enemies - Romans 12:20 therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

Visiting the afflicted James 1:27 - Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, [and] to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
