We will only process your online payment if we approve your application. Once approved a link will be sent for payment submittal.
Additional Vendor Information and Guidelines:
• Set-up, Hours, Teardown: Vendors may begin to arrive as
early as 3 p.m. on Friday, February 22. All set-up must be
completed by no later than 6p.m. The event begins at 7p.m. for
all other ticket holders. We expect Houstonary to be busy with
music, eating, drinking & fun continuing until the end. All food
trucks/vendors are required to remain open until 11 p.m. on
event day. There will be NO teardown prior to 11 p.m.
• Staff: Each vendor will receive two (2) passes to the event for
workers. If you have a product that requires more, please
contact us.
• On-site Resources: All vendors must be able to operate
independently of any provided resources at Harrisburg Arts
Museum including water, electrical, refrigeration and any
materials. Vendors are responsible for all set-up and clean-up
of their booth space and their immediate area surrounding such
space.
• Vendors will be provided spaces based upon their order of
arrival. Vendors must plan on being there for the entirety of the
event (7-11 p.m.).
• Kaleidoscope Houston reserve the right to relocate vendors to
the indoor area of the Harrisburg Arts Museum if weather
conditions prevent access to designated market area or to offer
an alternate event date should weather become too severe to
accomplish event.
• Please keep your area clean and do not throw trash on to the
warning track, next to or behind your area.
• The trash containers provided in the event area are for the
attendees, do not stuff those containers with boxes or other
large items. Use the boxes to store trash in until the event is
over, if necessary.
• No Vendor may produce or sell any merchandise, apparel or
promotional items with the Kaleidoscope Houston logo or
Houstonary wording without prior consent.
• Number of expected attendees will be provided to Vendors 1
week prior to the event for preparation purposes.
• Vendors agree to allow use of video and photography taken by
Houstonary organizers at the event for promotional purposes.
• Any photos taken by the event are the property of Kaleidoscope
Houston.
• All canopies, tents and other temporary structures must be
weighted before vendor is permitted to open, with the
equivalent of 40 pounds per pole minimum. Booths may not
open until properly weighted. Kaleidoscope Houston may shut
down vendor for not having proper weights.
• Vendors execute this Agreement as independent contractors
and shall at all times have complete supervision, direction, and
control over the services to fulfill requirements. Vendors
execute this agreement as independent contractors, not as an
employee of EVENT. Vendors will assume responsibility for
appropriate payment of payroll taxes and charges under
applicable federal and local law. Vendors agree to take
complete responsibility for paying the appropriate federal and
state taxes as independent contractors.
Yes, I am applying as a vendor for Houstonary 2019 on Friday,
February 22, 2019.
I have read and understand the event information, agree to comply
with the requirements and have enclosed the payment for the
applicable fees. I agree to accept all responsibility for any personal
injury, property damage, loss or other harm suffered by myself or
otherwise due to my participation in the event. Further, I shall
indemnify and hold harmless Kaleidoscope Houston against all suits,
claims, demands and losses including costs, expenses and attorney’s
fees incurred as a result of any action or omission, neglect or
misconduct of the Vendor.
