>Appropriation will increase City loan to developer by $225K to fund cost of Decker House relocation
>Costs include development of plans, Historic Preservation process for approval of Certificate of Appropriateness, lead-based paint testing and abatement, two moves, cribbing for temporary relocation, grading, permanent concrete foundation, permit fees, contingency, prevailing wage
>Developer will do advertised bids for the relocation and outreach to subcontractor workshop attendees

• Northwest Commission action on 1/22/15> Recommended City Council approval of staff
recommendation, but with a provision that contracts between City and developer include a “24-hour construction clause.”
> City law does not allow 24-hour construction: activity limited to 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Mon-Fri and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sat (PMC, Section 9.36.070)
> Construction contract between developer and Dreyfuss already provides for additional work shifts or overtime if necessary to expedite the project.
