• Room changes begin 2 weeks after classes begin, if no students are in overflow situations, space permitting

Tips for a Successful Move-in*Arrive at your scheduled move-in time. If tempted to arrive early, don’t!*Communicate with roommate ahead of time; you don’t need two of everything!*Follow all parking and traffic instructions.*The weather will be hot. Dress appropriately and drink lots of water.*Be patient: with staff, new roommates, other students, and yourselves.

Pack everything in boxes and label each box with student’s name, residence hall, and room number.

Leave some things at home! Students cannot and should not recreate their rooms from home in their residence hall.If you have to rent a U-Haul, you’re bringing too much!
