Housekeeping Items

•Please check the information on the student profile sheet and make any necessary changes. Leave completed forms on my desk.

•Enjoy the projects and work samples at your child’s desk but please leave all items at school. Some will be sent home next week and others will be kept for use later in the year.

•Please take a minute to read the note your child wrote and to leave your child a note in return to enjoy tomorrow when they arrive at school.

•Try to guess which one of the H-19 Friends is your child.

•Check out the hallway displays.

• Homework- sent home on Monday to be completed on the night assigned and returned the following day

•Birthdays- no food allowed, child is recognized in class and on morning announcements

• Changes at home- consider letting me know if they could affect your child’s behavior (parent traveling, family illness/passing, missing pet, relative visiting, etc.)

•PTO Meetings- every second Tuesday of the month

Conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 4 in lieu of a first quarter report card. Sign ups available tonight. Alternative dates/times available.

Wrap It Up•Volunteer Sign-ups are on the table for holidays and library readers

•There will be other opportunities to come in- applesauce, owl pellets, etc.

•Conference Sign-ups are on the table- reminders will be sent

•Anyone willing to sponsor one of our crafts can sign up at the table

•Please stop and see Mr. Walsh, Mrs. Greene and Ms. Wilke if time allows
