RESERVATION TERMSOF VIP AREAS

VIP area reservations include express line and amenities.

Reservations at VIP Decks, Panoramic Decks, Tipis, Lounge and Cabanas are exclusive by WhatsApp or directly at location, 100% downpayment required. | The latest we can reserva a VIP location is at 14:00h. | Prepayment reservations will have 1 hour of tolerance, after that time we will asign under availability. | Every additional guest that exceed the location capacity must

pay $2,000 mxn per person with $1,000 mxn of credit for consumption.

In case of NO SHOW there are no refounds. | In case of bad weather there are no refounds. Reservation can be rescheduled under availability or you can use the downpayment for consumption at Taboo Res-taurant. | If an upgrade needed the payment difference is required. If a location with lower Price is desi-red, the payment and credit previously paid Will be respected. | Once the location is assigned there are

no refounds and changes are according to availability.

Reservations in the Beach Club area (outside table) require cover payment for entry. | The Sunbeds includes a towel with ecological treatment. | Beach Tables and Sunbeds are asigned

under arrival, we recommend arriving early to get the best spot for your needs. | All reservations have a 15 min tolerance.

10% off for people from Quintana Roo with oficial ID.

Children 12 year under don’t pay access, 13+ are consider as adults. | Pool exclusive for adults. | NO DIVING. | The amenities fee is not refundable in case of bad weather. | If the Beach Club

remains closed by weather conditions credit can be used for restaurant consumption.

All payments with a Credit/Debit Card requires an ID. | Food and beverage from outside are forbidden.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Credit/Debit card required to reserve group for 10+ people. | Cancellation or reservation chan-ges can be made without fee until 00:00 am from your reservation date.

In case of NO SHOW, we will charge $1,000 mxn per person.
