Actual  construction  included  development  and  coordination  of  design  concepts,  design  of  five‐star  hotels  (5  *  +), 

demolition  of  existing  buildings,  relining  of  external  engineering  networks,  construction  of  a  new  hotel  complex, 

construction and finishing work, engineering work with equipment (high current, low current, HVAC), facade works, fully‐

equipped  with  furniture,  kitchen  and  restaurants  equipment,  landscaping.  

Work is performed on a turnkey basis. Construction works were completed with the supply and installation of equipment 

on a turnkey basis with a centralized system of supervision and management of the complex. 

Total area is 70,000 m2 including: 

‐ Wellness‐center ‐ 6,000 m2  

‐ 400 suites and rooms, 

‐ Main restaurant for 700 seats 

‐ Multi‐functional complex of al'carde ‐ 1000 m2 

‐ Meeting hall for 700 seats 

‐ Covered garage for 250 cars 

‐ Indoor swimming pool ‐ 1500 m2 

‐ 17 lifts (including 3 panoramic elevators height 38 m) 

‐ Landscaping ‐ 2 ha;  

‐ Public swimming pools ‐ 2 pools area from 1500 m2;  

‐ One tennis court;  

‐ The golf course;  

‐ Restaurants and buffets at the beach.

My role : works on final fit‐out works, punch list reparations and control over that. Final QTY estimation 

and final cost breakdown. Commissioning and final turnover to Investor.
