As a hotel investor & owner, our mission is to manage and optimize our property assets, with high ambitions in terms of value creation. Our goal is to generate capital which will enable us to accelerate the growth strategy we have defined: refurbishment, acquisition and construction of new hotels.

AccorInvest ambition is to consolidate our property portfolio through hotel renovations and new hotel developments in Europe on economy & midscale segments.

AccorInvest’s strategy is to raise hotel operational performance through our partnership with Accor and maximisze long term value for all stakeholders.

With almost 95% of its portfolio in the midscale and economic market segments, our teams implement renovation programs in order to improve RevPar and thereby intrinsic value of the assets.

AccorInvest and Accor entered into long term management contracts to offer operational excellence. Accor, as a brand owner and manager, delivers its global expertise in the hospitality sector and its wide range of services (brand and operational management)..

AccorInvest, as an owner and operator, provides its real estate expertise to support the growth of hotels. AccorInvest and Accor act together in a concerted manner to enable a highest satisfaction and greatest experience to our guests. It is a win-win long term partnership to manage AccorInvest hotels’ operations.

AccorInvest asset managers are on the field, close to the assets and they are in charge of applying a flexible asset-by-asset strategy and propose the most efficient investment in order to maximize value creation.
