Participants on the Master’s course
- high-school graduates who already have specif ic experience of

The Master ’s qual if ication consists of an intensive 11-month training
course, div ided as fol lows:
- 5 months of classroom learning
- 6 months internship at f ive-star Hotels and Resorts
The course is extraordinary for the exceptional level of its teaching
staff. As part of the Master ’s course, students attend prestigious
lessons given by lecturers from Cornel l University, Harvard Business
School and Luiss, as wel l as industry professionals and CEOs and
General Managers from leading companies in the sector.

The on-site teaching programme at the Hotel Business School includes
a combination of classroom lessons, tutorials with professionals,
v isits to industry exhibit ions and seminars and visits to hotels and
businesses.
Lessons are held from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. , and
occasional ly on Saturday mornings.

What makes the Hotel Business School truly unique is its on-site
Placement Off ice. With dedication and a huge range of contacts, the
Off ice helps take care of students’ futures, support ing them through
Career Coaching, CV, Job Positioning, Networking and Counsell ing
activities.
At the end of the classroom teaching stage, al l Master ’s students
undertake a six-month internship at f ive-star Hotels and
Resorts in Italy and beyond. The location of each internship is agreed
in conjunction with the Course Director. On completing their Master ’s
and having gained experience in the hotel sector, students are ready
for management roles in the fol lowing areas:
