HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR 2019

ICC has negotiated preferential room rates with certain hotels in Paris for 2019.

Delegates to ICC meetings or seminars/conferences wishing to book accommodation at

any of the hotels are requested to contact the hotels directly, mentioning the reference

"ICC meeting" and ICC's client code, if there is one.

Room rates cover low and high season, except when a single year-round rate is quoted.

They include all taxes unless otherwise indicated. During exhibitions and fairs, some

hotels apply full rates.

For some hotels, second rates are quoted in each column. These are the rates that will be

applied during high season.

All hotels are equipped with Internet connection and/or Wifi.

The preferential room rates are strictly confidential and granted to ICC delegates only.

They must in no way be disclosed. When making your reservation, please give a credit

card number to guarantee your accommodation. Please also indicate your expected time

of arrival at the hotel to make sure your room is ready.

Unless otherwise indicated, cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail or fax) 24

hours ahead of arrival, during exhibitions and fairs at least 48 or 72 hours ahead of arrival.

A map of the area noting the location of each hotel is attached to this note.

Participants in ICC meetings are recommended to make their hotel bookings well ahead of

the meetings since many large exhibitions and fairs are constantly being organized in

Paris.
