Hot & Spicy Pork Pocket Ingredients Pork Loin Steak Hot & Spicy Pork Sausage Meat Finely Diced Onion Kidney Beans Verstegen World Grill Argentine Fire Teppo Gushi Skewers Cherry Tomato Method • Add the kidney beans and onion to the sausage meat and mix well • Form a pocket in each pork steak • Stuff the pocket with the sausage meat mixture • Stitch the pocket with a skewer • Brush the steak with Verstegen World Grill Argentine Fire and finish with a cherry tomato • Place on a display tray Cooking Guide • Oven bake for 35 to 40 minutes @ 180oC or gas mark 4 • Grill for 18 to 20 minutes under a high heat
