Let’s Stay Together Marriage Conference 2017 Registration is open in the Fellowship Hall for the Let’s Stay

Together Marriage Conference 2017: Back to the Basics of Marriage

on Friday and Saturday, September 15th and 16th. Sponsored by the

CBC Couples Ministry, the purpose of the event is to encourage,

edify and equip the marriage covenant between a husband and a wife.

On Friday evening, September 15th, there will be a Pre-Conference

Fellowship Instructional Ballroom Dancing Class for husbands and

wives only. The conference on Saturday, September 16th is from

9:00am—3:00pm, and will feature dynamic presenters Rev. Dr. James

and Rev. Kathy Kuykendall in the morning and Bishop George and

Pastor Mary Searight in the afternoon.

The cost is $65 per couple which may be paid in two installments.

Singles (unmarried individuals or a married husband or wife whose

spouse is not attending) may attend the Saturday session—the cost is

$35. You may also register on the CBC website (note: for online

payments, a processing fee of $2 will be applied; the entire payment of

$65 for a couple or $35 for a single must be made at the time of

payment).

PRE-RETREAT MEETING On Monday, September 18th at 7:30pm, there will be a New Life

Women’s Pre-Retreat Meeting for all women attending the retreat. If you

EDUCATION WORKSHOPS Bergen County is sponsoring free homebuyer education

workshops on Saturdays, September 9, 16 & 23rd. Topics will

include Fundamentals of Home Buying, Understanding Your

Credit and Foreclosure Counseling/Prevention. Classes will be

held 9:00am—12:00 noon at the Bergen County Learning Center,
