printing press, a 6-head embroidery machine, a one color all over screen printing

press and a 4-color manual.

SCREEN-PRINTING: NOUN screen.print.ingA printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. A squeegee or roller is used to press ink through the open areas of mesh resulting in asharp-edged image onto a substrate.

Step 1: Choose your design Company logo, athletic names & numbering, event apparel and specialty designs

Step 2: Separate colors for screen The design is separated into colors. Each color is then printed on a separated piece of film.

Step 3: Burn film to screens Film is then burned to a mesh screen. The result is an open area in the mesh for ink to be pressed through.

Step 4: Printing Ink is passed through each screen creating a sharp, cohesive design.

Step 5: Curing Most inks require this crucial final step. The printed garment is passed through a curing oven that heats and sets the ink.

Step 2: Convert to stitch The digitizer programs the sewing machine to sew a

specific design, in a specific color, with a specific type

of stitch. This process will determine the quality of the

final embroidery. Our expesrt use great care in determining

the best stitch type and paths for the optimum result.

stitched to garment. All excess threads and

supportive backing material are trimmed.
