Many thanks for taking a look at our menus and prices and, whatever you are celebrating, we do hope we will be able to help you with your arrangements. Our most popular and clearly priced menus are set out over the following pages, but if you cannot find exactly what you are looking simply give us a call.

Our Menus Include:

Stunning Hot & Cold Canapés Classic Summer Hog Roast Menu Sizzling Barbecues and Authentic PaellasWhatever the occasion, our menu prices are the same and include all cutlery, crockery, cooking and serving equipment, this includes ovens, gas rings, hot water urns, barbecues, spits and cold boxes etc. So no need to hire any of this. We also take away all the washing up with us when we depart.

Almost everything we serve is freshly made from the freshest and finest ingredients we can find, with the centrepiece often being our Spit Roast Meats or Barbecues. We also offer Chicken, Chorizo and Seafood Paellas as well as fabulous Canapés and Suppers. Hopefully, for an occasion such as yours, one of these options will provide an exciting yet economic way of feeding your guests.

Apart from table served meals all our Australian Style Menus include your selection of 4 of our freshly made salads, Hot New Potatoes, Rustic Breads and Rolls as well as your choice of 3 of our homemade desserts. We always include a non-meat alternative for your Vegetarian or Vegan guests.

Our Unique Drinks Service (you provide the drinks and we supply and do supply and do everything else) is available for a modest extra charge per adult, currently £5.00 for weddings and £4.00 for parties There are no corkage charges. The fact that most of our clients opt for this service suggests we are highly competitive.

Menus & Prices 2020 continued...Our prices are straightforward; In addition to the menu price, and depending on the complexity of your menu and your guest numbers, you will need the services of 1 or more of our experienced Chefs who cost £130.00 each for the first 8 hours and £20 an hour thereafter.

For larger parties we strongly recommend additional members of staff who will prepare your drinks for service, lay up tables and generally make sure everything is ready in advance of your guests’ arrival. They will then circulate with canapés and drinks before looking after you and your guests throughout the day. The charge for this will be £100.00 each for the first 8 hours and £15.00 per hour thereafter. But do remember that for most Weddings some of our staff will probably be with you for at least 10 hours and often more.

Helping plan your event: Organising any event can be very stressful but, hopefully, our 20 years organising weddings, parties and corporate events can take some of the burden from your shoulders. We do get very busy but would be delighted to provisionally reserve your date whilst we discuss your requirements and help prepare a detailed plan and menu for your big day be it a wedding, anniversary or simply a Summer BBQ. And that’s the thing…. We always remember it is your big day and not ours, which is possibly why so many clients recommend us to their friends and use us time after time.

If you are worried what it it all might cost just tell us what you have in mind, how many guests you are expecting and where and when, and we will prepare a sample menu for you and an estimate of the likely costs. Alternatively we are happy to meet with you at your home or venue when we can discuss your exact requirements and answer any queries you may have.

We also offer Complete Wedding and Event Packages which, in addition to you the food, also include all staff, our drinks service and table linen hire at a discounted inclusive price. Please ask for details

Canapé Selection Our stunning homemade canapés always make a dramatic impact and are ideal to serve

with your drinks reception, whilst the photographer is busy at your Wedding, as an

alternative to a starter or, when space or seating is at a premium,. Also perfect for

Product Launches and Corporate Events. There is a minimum of 5 pieces per person

when they are served in conjunction with a main meal (See Pricing Below) and a

minimum of 10 pieces per person when serving canapés only. This is enough for a

generous 2 to 2½ hours of service.
