1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the coconut milk, regular milk, cocoa powder, milk chocolate, bourbon and heavy cream. Whisk repetitively for about 4-5 minutes or until thick and creamy. Remove from heat.

2. Dip mugs into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with regular coconut flakes.

3. Pour the hot chocolate into the mug and garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.

3. Add the cognac before the hot chocolate thickens and let the alcohol evaporate, about 2 minutes.

4. If the hot chocolate is too thick or needs more sugar, just add more milk and sugar.
