    Overview

The CloudWareSuite Hosting Edition is a cost effective, Class 4/5Cloud Telephony Carrier Class Windows software platform that

functionally replaces (at a fraction of the cost) and improves on,

both legacy systems and the hardware-centric VoIP competitors,

removing barriers to adoption and enabling local and

international telcos and ITSPs to challenge the current paradigm.

Telcos and Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSPs) can

aspire to grow at an unbeatable entry level price with an ACPU(Average Cost per User) of less than $200 compared to the

average of $600 in an easy to deploy and support, Windows

    based application.

Being software only there is virtually no carbon cost

    and there is no manufacturing overhead built-in;

theres nothing to ship, handle or warehouse (unlike

with proprietary hardware) the complete package

is downloaded from the web and locally sourced

standard computers and servers can be used.

Licenses are issued by email according to

configuration and number of user ports.

Field ApplicationsClass 4 peering to other nodes via SIP means that Hosting Nodes

can be mesh networked or clustered for redundancy and

expansion. The system can be deployed in a single

Class 4/5 customer facing mode or,

for heavy call traffic loads split into separate Class 4 or Class 5

servers to achieve higher BHCA and cps performance.

Tier 1/2 deployments are easily built utilising E1-ISDN PC Cards

or SIP-ISDN gateways. A Tier 3 peering service delivery platform

can be built either in the same server or separately utilising the

    in-built SIP gateway/gatekeeper module.

Multiple trunks from different SIP trunk providers can be

terminated including trunks with disparate numbering, area

    codes and country codes.

Non-registered peered SIP trunks or ISDN can be re-distributed

in DDI ranges to downstream peers (Class 4).

The Hosting Edition enables a locally based Telco/ITSP to offer

locally terminated SIP trunks and numbers from any state or

country. For example U.S. numbers can be co-located with U.K.

or Singapore and Australian numbers effectively virtualizing an

international telco across all borders and boundaries.

Support for any number of partitioned, full featured Virtual-

PBXs for SME/B brings a new market opportunity to the Telco/

ITSP as a standard part of the CloudWareSuite VoIP platform. The built-in virtualization engine means theres no need for

    VMware or clustering software.

CDRs (Call Data Records) for all call types can be output to anydatabase for billing engine processing as required.

MS Windows professionals can easily deploy and support the

system via its extensive Web Portal. Carriers can deliver White

Label packages to Channel Partners for resale of VPBXs and

other services via the Web Portal no specialised skill sets are

required; in addition CloudWare offers Level 3 engineeringsupport along with initial setup, configuration and training.

Maintenance and upgrades are built-in as part of a year one

rollout with additional annual maintenance/upgrades and

support packages available according to the level of support

    required.
