This coverage provides for international accidents, illness & emergency evacuation should a medical condition force you to interrupt your trip. CANCELLATION POLICY:I understand that all cruise payments are refundable, if notice is received in writing by World Class Travel prior to Friday November 1st, 2019. The event fee of $139 will be charged on Monday, November 4th, 2019 and any remaining cruise balance on Monday, January 27th, 2020. No event fee charged for children under 18 years ,of age. Note: A courtesy reservation will be held at the Event Hotel for Fri. May 8th, 2020. Additional nights available upon request. Contact Barb at World Class Travel ([email protected] or 406-259-5512) for additional nights. Cancellation is required by Friday, March 27th, 2020 or you will be charged for 1 night by Event Hotel. Cruise cancellation fee from November 1st, 2019 to January 27th, 2020 is $500 per cabin. After January 27th, 2020 Royal Caribbean’s cancellation fee can be as high as 100%. Event Fees and Medical Travel Insurance are Non-Refundable.Note: Passports must be valid 6 months beyond your travel dates. For your convenience, Royal Caribbean will automatically apply a Daily Service Charge which includes the gratuities for dining and stateroom staff to your onboard Sail & Sign account at $15 to $17 per person per day. Transportation vouchers from airport to ship and return after the cruise are available from Royal Caribbean. Royal Caribbean does reserve the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for guests at up to $10 per person per day if the West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65 per barrel.
