FOR THE MOST AGREEABLE ATMOSPHERE AT THE BARWe have been working on developing a selection of cocktails, as well as the quality of the service offered to our guests, for over 23 years. Our guests can now choose from a selection of about 50 spirits, a dozen varieties of beer as well as other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Our qualified staff will also advise and serve guests with excellent cocktails (some are listed on the left) that have had a lot of success in past weddings. What’s more, for each event the bartender chooses one or two cocktails that will be offered at a reduced price, according to his inspiration, the season or the bride and groom’s preferences.

“PROMOTIONS AND SPECIALS”

Although we do provide an open bar formula, exaggeration from some guests (e.g. drinking contests) can put a damper on the general atmosphere of the evening. At Au Fin Palais, we offer a new formula more suited to today’s realities (zero tolerance for drinking and driving, the bride and groom do not want an open bar, etc.): we have put together different ways to make your evening pleasant and safe by reducing some of the prices at the bar.

“THE NEWLYWED SPECIAL”

With this special, guests benefit from a $1.50 discount on all their drinks, which might cost you between $4 and $6 per guest for the entire evening.

“EVERYTHING FOR $2 OREVERYTHING FOR $3”

These types of specials are very catchy and have a lot of success with guests. It works much like the previous formula but the other way around: guests pay the fixed price and you pay the balance. The estimate goes from $10 to $20 per person depending on whether you choose the $2 special or the $3 special.

Please note these specials can also be combined with offers on other drinks. For example: non-alcoholic beverages for $1, or for free.The important thing to know is that these formulas include the entire bar (except if otherwise specified by you) for the entire event, from the first guest to arrive to the last one to leave.

The discounts can even increase during the evening (in ascending order, of course, e.g. The Newlywed Special for cocktails and dinner, and everything for $2 after dessert).

The greatest advantage of these specials is the more your guests drink, the bigger the discounts get!
