FIRST COURSE

YWCA Greater Cincinnati's Workforce Development program provides free occupationaltraining for jobs in the food service industry. Our program will prepare you for Server,Banquet Server, and Restaurant Server jobs. We use hands-on training to teach hardskills needed to fulfill the duties of any server position and soft skills required to get and,most importantly, keep a job.

Unemployed or underemployed and/or lacking a High School diploma orequivalentGood physical health and able to lift 30 lbs.
