A focused and complete line of hospitality sheets in thread counts 180-200-250 and 300 are a strong foundation of a quality product offering. For added flare and style, the 200tc sheets are also available in bone. The super soft 250tc bedding also is available with a satin-piped luxury pillowcase. Available in matt weave and tonal satin stripe weave, the 300tc is pure luxury and elegance. Hospitality blankets, mattress pads, and duvet covers with shams are also available. Bed bug protection has never been easier with goodmorning™, a complete line of bed bug fighting pillow, mattress, and box spring encasings.

Promising a towel for every occasion, Riegel’s Cam, Gold, and Royal Terry Towel Collections are offered in a beautiful, bright white finish with a soft hand and superior water absorbency. With durability built into the design, Riegel towels will stand up to repeated laundering time and time again. Rounding out a complete bath offering, shower curtains, robes, Micro-Cotton towels, and pool towels are also available.

Sample Policy

Including Literature, Swatch Cards, and Samples

Please allow a minimum of 1 week for all sample orders.

Fabric pads and swatch cards will be provided free of charge for up to 50 pieces of each.

Full size samples including napkins, tablecloths, sheets, towels, etc. will be billed for product and shipping.

Overnight/next day service shipping charges will be billed to the customer’s FedEx or UPS account number or invoiced by Riegel.

Orders of less than a minimum case will be submitted as sample orders and billed at an additional 20% surcharge.

Riegel collateral materials such as brochures, catalog sell sheets, swatch cards, etc. will be provided at no charge for a reasonable request.

Return PolicyReturns accepted only with prior factory authorization.

Returns will not be accepted after products have been used/washed or after 90 days of invoice date.

Any return requested due to quality will require a sample to be sent to Riegel’s quality department at:Riegel Quality Control, 51 Riegel Road, Johnston, SC 29832

Custom colors and custom sizes are non-returnable.

Round tablecloths and banquet cloths are non-returnable including whites and colors.

A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all customer accommodation returns.

Any goods returned at the expense of Riegel/Mount Vernon Mills, Inc. must be shipped via our routing instructions, otherwise goods will not be accepted. Contact routing at extension 5968 for instructions.

Standard Case Packs: Napkins in 6 dozen and 25 dozen and tablecloths in 1 dozen.

Standard sizes and stock colors are listed on the individual price pages for each product. Always refer to the price pages versus color cards for stock colors.

Delivery - Our goal is to deliver stock colors in standard sizes within 3 days to 3 weeks from receipt of order.

All standard size tablecloths are marked with color coded sew in labels and are sewn with hems on 4 sides.

All special orders are subject to a 10% over/under clause.

All tablecloth sizes that are not listed on the price pages are considered special sizes.

If a request is made for a size that has not been previ-ously manufactured, there is a $25.00 set up charge and a 5 dozen minimum order quantity.

Standard case pack for special sizes is 1 dozen.

Tablecloths 120” or over will be shipped R.O.M.

Rounds, odd sizes, and banquet cloths are non-returnable.

Banquet cloths in satin band, DiRoNA, and baroque have borders on two sides.

Riegel is turning plastic bottles into beautifully durable table linen. RieNu® by Riegel is a 100% recycled polyester linen produced from 100% post-consumer recycled PET EcoSure® fibers as certified by Scientific Certification Systems. Simply put, one 20x20 napkin made from RieNu® recycled polyester fabric eliminates three 16 oz. plastic bottles from our earth’s landfills.

RieNu® by Riegel promises to look and feel as beautiful and touchable as Premier®, a 100% spun polyester product, while performing equally as well as maintaining Premier’s high quality standards. Each product made of RieNu® 100% recycled polyester embraces the unique attributes inherent to the recycling process and as always is backed by Riegel’s guarantee of customer satisfaction.

The process is simple. Bales of plastic bottles are collected, sorted, and inspected to eliminate foreign materials. These PET bottles are sterilized, dried, and crushed into small chips, melted down, and extruded into a new fiber. The finished fiber is then dyed and woven, then sewn into napkins and tablecloths in a variety of earth-tone and spa-inspired colors. A natural and slight variance in the fabric gives RieNu® recycled polyester table linen a hint of rare exclusivity.
