create and illustrate such emotional impact than only words alone Offering the hotel’s available services to those who are willing to do

volunteer work in exchange is great way to keep the talk about the hotel going. Those people who are joining the program would automatically share their experience on either by blogging,on facebookm status or tweet about it.

Replying in the post by address people by their name shows that the hotel respect and recognize each person as an individual. This gives the message personal touch and create a mutual bond.

Technology such as internet plays major roles is hotel’s strategy success: It allows hoteliers to learn more about their customers by following the

conversations,to be able to identify their needs and values. Hotel then create a strategy to stimulate engagement of the customers. Thanks

to internet,the strategy can be measured and adapted in real time because the response is spontaneous.

Two-way communication leads to success when everyone has the right message and able to share or even influence others.

5)The advantage of blogging is that it is so simple that the hotel doesn’t need to rely on a web designer to update the content about the hotel. Therefore it can solve the issue of the obsolete and out of date information online. Plus blog have potential to help the organization develop stronger relationships and brand loyalty with its customers and receive feedbacks.

6)The problem that blog could create is the maintaining side. It is true that it is easy to start a blog. The problem is to keep writing about interesting things in coherent tone. The thinkng and writing creative process that can take up a lot of time.

5)The VDO can make the guest feel the experiences and the vibe of the hotel without physically being there. They can quarantee in advance for the pleasant stay,thus avoid disappointment. The guests can expect the certain experience from activities and scheme seen in the vdo.

6)The possible problem would be that if the VDO is badly made or made by unsatisfied guests,it will harm the image of the business tremendously.

7)I choose this tool because image and sound,when combined,can create such strong reaction in the consumer’s mind and it retains in the thought for longer than simple text. It is sharable and usable across the media and more important,it doesn’t cost a fortune.
