select HOSPITAL option to start registration process
Select your hospital name from the drop list and start filling the point of contact information
NOTE: The selected username and password will be used in all coming processes for registration, updating
information, participating in the culture survey, accessing the dashboard, accessing the final reports ….and more.
After entering POC information click submit and make sure that all information is correct
You will receive the 1st email showing that your
application under SPSC Team review and
verification
Once it's approved by SPSC team you will receive a 2nd
email that your application is approved and instruct you
to log in to update your institution information
Select login to your account and pick
hospital option and enter your
username and password
In case that you forget your
password click here and
follow instructions to re set
your password
This is the first step that you should go through it.
Select update information option
Fill in and update all fields upon the
current status of your institution.
When you finalize updating the institution information
select UPDATE option and submit it
1- Click on this option and you will get the unique link and QR code for the culture survey for your institution
2- By clicking on the link it will take you directly to the survey tool or you can scan the QR Code and share it with your staff to
start filling the survey.
Click on this option to access your
institution real time monitoring dashboard
to follow the progress of surveys taken by
staff categories /departments ON A REAL
TIME.
