All deliveries to site MUST be booked in.
Delivery requests by Subcontractors to be logged by Wednesday the week before the delivery is required.
LOR Logistics ‘Juggle’ the requests and on Friday’s the requests are confirmed in the Weekly Logistics Meetings held with all trade contractors.
Daily Logistics Meetings are held to review the day and prepare for the following day.
Materials to be stored on site for no longer than 48 hours.
No available storage on site for materials. Goods to be in transit at all times.

The CC is used for all elements of the fit out works with the exception of blockwork. LOR operated CC for the fit out works located at Wembley (13miles to OHP Site) – Pavilions B & C.
